[Important Information for Employees] Kehoe Building Status: updated

Dear Campus Community,

While restoration of the Kehoe Administration Building remains ongoing, we
continue to see progress each day.

P.M. Leary Restoration completed their work on the bottom four floors
yesterday. At this point, installation of drywall, flooring, lighting
fixtures and other items is still required for safe and functional
re-occupancy.  An internal crew is scheduled to begin work on the first two
floors next week. We will also work with external contractors for some
portions of the construction.


The exact timeline for completing construction and reoccupying these floors
remains uncertain, and we still expect that the comprehensive restoration
effort for all four floors may span several months. Therefore, access to
the building will remain the same until further notice.

As a reminder, employees who work on floors 5-10 have returned to their
regular Kehoe offices on those floors. The following offices continue to
work from their temporary locations, and are able to provide in-person
services:



   - Admissions (admissions at plattsburgh.edu ) - Redcay 2 / reception on
   Redcay 1
   - Registrar (registrar at plattsburgh.edu ) - Ward 220-242
   - Office of Institutional Effectiveness (oie at plattsburgh.edu) - Ward 235
   and 237
   - Student Financial Services (sfs at plattsburgh.edu ) - ACC 204 (public
   facing) / ACC 3
