[Important Information for Employees] Volunteer at Winter Commencement

Dear Campus Community,

We look forward to celebrating our graduates at Winter Commencement on
Saturday, Dec. 16 at 10 a.m., in the SUNY Plattsburgh Field House Gymnasium.

We are requesting your assistance for a range of duties.

Volunteer participation from those in the SUNY Plattsburgh community who
are not otherwise a part of the program is critical to successfully support
our graduates and to provide them and their guests with a memorable
experience.

Please send an email Cherice Granger at *grangecg at plattsburgh.edu*
<grangecg at plattsburgh.edu> with your availability at your earliest
convenience.

Once we have a list of volunteers in place, we will reach-out with a
date/time to meet to review any assigned duties. The ceremony will run from
10 a.m. to about 11:30 a.m. Volunteers are asked to arrive at 8 a.m.
