[Important Information for Employees] Attending, Volunteering for May 2023 Commencement Events

Dear Campus Community,

We are looking forward to the Class of 2023 Commencement events on
Saturday, May 20. Each school-based program will be held in the Field House
gymnasium.

   - 9 a.m.: School of Education, Health and Human Services
   - Noon : School of Business and Economics
   - 3 p.m.: School of Arts and Sciences

*Attending and Volunteering*
We are in need of many volunteers for each of the three events to assist
with roles ranging from ushers to check-in staff.

We encourage you to assist in one, two or all three events. We in
particular need for volunteers for the 3 p.m. event.

Please email president_office at plattsburgh.edu with your availability for
events to support and congratulate our graduates.

Teaching faculty and professional staff may also attend in regalia at any
of the three events.

More details will be shared as available, both via email to you and on the
university website at plattsburgh.edu/commencement. Regalia is available
through the Campus Bookstore and online.
