[Important Information for Employees] Campus phone system outage

Campus Community,

Many users were reporting issues with the campus phone system starting at
about 2:48pm this afternoon. Upon an initial review we can confirm there
was an outage from 2:48-2:56pm today. During that time the phone system was
not usable for initiating or receiving calls and there was no dial tone.

We will be investigating root cause, but for now everything appears to be
back in working order.
