Dear Campus,

The Office of the President is temporarily relocating this week from
Hawkins Hall to the second floor of Redcay Hall while updates are made to
the current space. We anticipate moving back to Hawkins in early June 2023.

The entire Hawkins office suite is undergoing several necessary
improvements to include new flooring, paint, and energy efficient lighting
that will enhance the usability of the existing space. Office space will
also be reconfigured and updated to improve the workflow of the entire
office. The last major changes in the office date to the 1990s.

This work aligns with our commitment as an environmentally sustainable
campus and ensures the office will serve as a welcoming and open area for
all students, faculty, staff, and off-campus visitors.

During this time, our offices will move to rooms 230-243 in Redcay. Our
main telephone number will remain x2010.

I look forward to welcoming you all into the updated office when work is
completed. In the interim, we do not anticipate any disruptions in the
support we provide to all offices and divisions on campus during this
temporary relocation to Redcay.

Thank you.

Alexander Enyedi

President
