[Important Information for Employees] Retirement Gathering for Ethel Facteau

Dear Campus Community,

You are cordially invited to a gathering on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 to
celebrate Ethel Facteau, who will retire from campus at the end of this
month. The gathering will be held in the Faculty & Staff Lounge, Feinberg
335, from 3:00-4:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.

Ethel has served the campus in many ways since 1993, when she was first
hired to work in Public Safety (now University Police). In 1996, Ethel took
her position in Feinberg Library, where she has since worked in various
essential capacities and roles. She has also served as President of SUNY
Plattsburgh CSEA for the past 20 years.

Please plan to attend the January 25 gathering to recognize and thank Ethel
for her decades of leadership and for her commitment to our students and
staff. Her many contributions have made a tremendous difference and have
had a lasting impact on SUNY Plattsburgh.
