[Important Information for Employees] Feinberg Library - First Floor Construction starting December 18th

Campus Community,

Due to construction on the first floor of Feinberg Library, *the Feinberg
Computer Lab and ITS Helpdesk will be closed for walk-up services* from Dec
18-29.  During this period, the ITS Helpdesk will be available for phone
support during regular business hours and CLOSED from December 22-25th.

*Walk-ups and loan pickups/returns* will need to be arranged in advance
either by calling (518)564-4433, submitting a request to
helpdesk at plattsburgh.edu, or via our service portal at
https://its.plattsburgh.edu.

*Computers for student use *will be available on the second and third
floors of the Feinberg Library, as well as through our Remote Lab (
remotelab.plattsburgh.edu).

*The first floor will reopen* in a limited capacity on January 2, 2024 with
classroom 108 temporarily functioning as the student lab for the remainder
of the winter break period.  On this date, the ITS Helpdesk will also
resume normal operations and be available for both walk-in and phone
services M-F, 8am-4pm.
