[Important Information for Employees] Memorial Hall - Power Outage 12/12/23

*SENT ON BEHALF OF FACILITIES, MAINTENANCE, & OPERATIONS*

Please note that the power in Memorial Hall will be shut off on Tuesday,
December 12, 2023.  MLB Contractors will be shutting off the power to
conduct necessary electrical work.

This is not expected to exceed past 12/12/23, if all goes smoothly.  An
update will be sent out if there are issues extending the time frame.
Employees working in this area should discuss alternative work arrangements
with their supervisors.

questions or concerns.
