[Important Information for Employees] Vehicle Registration Reminder

This reminder is intended for employees that have not pre-registered for a
2023-24 parking tag. Now is the time to (1) register or update your vehicle
information, and (2) pay the applicable parking fees. *Both steps are
required*!

Find registration, tag claiming guidelines, and helpful links at
www.plattsburgh.edu/parking.

*Important Parking Dates & Deadlines*
Aug 1:        August is vehicle registration month*
Aug 23:      Vehicle registration assistance at the new faculty
orientation, AuSable Hall, 10-11:30a.*
Aug 25-29: Tags disbursed from Angell College Center, 9a-Noon (except
Sunday)
Aug 28:      Valid hang tags must be displayed. (2022-23 fac/staff
tags are valid
through Sept 30)
Aug 30:      Tag disbursement returns to UPD.
Sep 15:      Unclaimed 2023-24 faculty/staff tags are interoffice mailed to
office addresses.
Oct 1:         2023-24 fac/staff tags must be displayed.

*If a pre-registered, legally parked vehicle is cited for 'no permit
visible' in August, email the ticket number to parking at plattsburgh.edu for
expunging (photo of ticket is not required.)
