[Important Information for Employees] Campus Portal and Banner Connectivity Issues

Good morning,

We have received multiple reports of issues connecting to the campus portal
and Banner Services hosted at ITEC. ITS teams are working with ITEC to
troubleshoot the issue. No ETA on a resolution as of this email.

Services affected include the campus "My Plattsburgh" portal, Banner,
degreeworks, argo dashboards and others.

We appreciate your patience while we work through the issue.
