[Important Information for Employees] Winter Commencement to Start Two Hours Later

Campus Community,

The start of Winter Commencement on Saturday, Dec. 17 has been pushed back
to noon.

While the forecast snow is set to taper off that morning, the later time
will allow you, as well as participants, families and friends, more time to
get to the venue.

Other details for Saturday:

   - Doors to the lobby will open at 10 a.m.
   - Volunteers assisting are asked to arrive by 10:15 a.m.
   - Doors to the gymnasium will open at 11 a.m. Graduating students
   participating in the ceremony will assemble on the main level of the
   Stafford Ice Arena adjacent to the gymnasium in their academic regalia no
   later than 11:15 a.m.
   - Teaching faculty and professional staff may attend the ceremony in
   regalia. You should arrive no later than 11:30 a.m.
   - Ceremony will begin at noon.
