[Important Information for Employees] The Death of Dr. Isabel Arredondo - Updated Information

Dear Members of the Campus Community:

As promised, I write to update you with information on services for Isabel
Arredondo, Professor of Modern Languages & Cultures at SUNY Plattsburgh,
who passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2022.

Dr. Arredondo began teaching at SUNY Plattsburgh in 1994, with a focus
on minority
discourse, especially gender and ethnicity. She taught courses on Latin
American culture and film and Spanish language.

Family, friends and community are invited to attend a Celebration of Life
for Isabel Arredondo this Saturday, August 13th, at 3 Fiske Lane in
Plattsburgh from 2-4PM. All who knew her are welcome to attend, enjoy the
afternoon, and share their memories. If you plan to attend, please RSVP:
