Dear Colleagues,
Due to some unexpected overspray during the shotcrete application on the
Northwest side of the Kehoe Building, there is a need for some vehicular
and pedestrian traffic redirection. Specifically, the sidewalk adjacent to
Kehoe on the Northwest side (facing Beaumont) will be shut down as well as
the roadway that accesses parking lot #9
<https://www.plattsburgh.edu/_documents/maps/suny-plattsburgh-campus-map-8-5x11-oct-2021.pdf>.
This will not impact the main Kehoe parking lot (#11).
Restrictions will commence on Monday, October 11th, 2021 and will continue
for approximately two weeks. This preventative measure is being taken to
ensure the safety of pedestrian and vehicular traffic is maintained.
Individuals will continue to be able to enter and exit through the front
and back doors of the Kehoe Building.
Thank you for your understanding and patience while the contractor
continues their work in this area. If you have any questions please feel
free to contact Rick Larche at rlarc001 at plattsburgh.edu or x5097.
