Dear Campus Community,


The following is being sent on behalf of Clinton County Health
Department. Please call CCHD with any questions at 518-565-4848.


The Clinton County Health Department will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccine
clinic (1st dose) at the Clinton Community College Gymnasium at 158 Clinton
Point Drive, Plattsburgh.


You MUST qualify to be vaccinated under NYS Phased Distribution of the
Vaccine as outlined here:

If you qualify to be vaccinated, you may register for this clinic by

*You must bring identification and proof that you fit into a group
identified in the NYS Phased Distribution of the Vaccine. *


If there are no appointments available when you click on it, please check
in periodically to see if additional appointments have been added.



If you have a scheduled appointment at another facility in the future but
are planning to attend this event please cancel your other appointment
*after* you have attended this clinic.  Your first dose and your second
dose are to be given by the same agency.  CCHD are offering only the
Moderna COVID-19 vaccine; the second dose is due at a minimum of 28 days
after the first dose.   CCHD will send a second link closer to when that
dose is due.
