The Clinton County Health Department has reopened the limited vaccine
opportunity for Thursday in the Field House.


·         Only employers invited by a CCHD staff or designee may make an
appointment.

·         Do not share this link.

·         You MUST qualify to be vaccinated under NYS Phased Distribution
of the Vaccine as outlined here:
https://covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/phased-distribution-vaccine#phase-1a---phase-1b

·         You must bring identification and proof that you fit into a group
identified in the NYS Phased Distribution of the Vaccine.
