for a time slot using our University Ticketing System

required). Your ticket options will be for a day and time that you will be
either dropping off your office/home test kit or taking your test in person
(February 15th through May 21st).  After you schedule your standing time
slot, you will receive a ticket.  You DO NOT need to print or bring your
ticket with you when you arrive.  The available time slots will include
Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays from 9am to noon and 1pm to 3:30pm.

If you need an office/home test kit, they are available at the Service Desk
in the Service Building on Sanborn Avenue during regular business
hours.Only submit one test, each week. When you drop off your test swab,
please pick up a new test swabat the drop off site (Algonquin).

If you do not report to campus Monday through Wednesday from 9am to 3:30pm,
you can drop off your office or home test kit at University Police.  This
is ONLY if you do not report to campus for the times above.  All other test
kits should be dropped off at Algonquin on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays
from 9am to noon and 1pm to 3:30pm.
