Employees must sign up for a time slot using our University Ticketing
System

required). Your ticket options will be for a day and time that you will be
either dropping off your office/home test kit or taking your test in person
(February 15th through May 21st).  After you complete scheduling your
standing time slot, you will receive a ticket.  You DO NOT need to print or
bring your ticket with you when you arrive.  The available time slots will
include Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays from 9am to noon and 1pm to 3:30pm.

If you participated in testing this week, you were able to pick up your
first set of office/home test kits.  Only submit one test, each week.  More
office/home test kits will be available when dropping off your kit.

If you do not report to campus Monday through Wednesday from 9am to 3:30pm,
you can drop off your office or home test kit at University Police.  This
is ONLY if you do not report to campus for the times above.  All other test
kits should be dropped off at Algonquin on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays
from 9am to noon and 1pm to 3:30pm,
