[Important Information for Employees] Resignation of Chancellor Jim Malatras

Dear Campus Community,

I am writing to share news that SUNY Chancellor Jim Malatras has resigned
his position effective Friday, January 14, 2022. A copy of his letter to
the Board of Trustees is attached.

During this transition, SUNY Plattsburgh will continue the important work
that lies ahead for our campus, a focus that places student success as a
top priority. The SUNY Board of Trustees and system administration will
continue to be our partners to ensure students have the support and access
they need to attain their educational goals.
