Dear Campus Community,

The college recorded 15 new COVID-19 cases on Saturday. Over the past 14
days, 69 total cases have been recorded.

Of the new cases, 14 were identified through Wednesday's pooled
surveillance testing of 1,348 students. The balance of those tests were
negative. Students testing negative have been notified and encouraged to
return home if able.

Results from Thursday and Friday pools will be shared both directly to
tested students and to campus when available.

By direction of the county health department, 127 students (54 on-campus
and 73 off-campus) and one employee are in mandatory or precautionary
quarantine. Additionally, four students are in precautionary isolation
having tested negative with rapid tests but awaiting back-up PCR test
results.

Decisions by the health department for quarantine are based on an
assessment of potential exposure to help prevent possible viral spread.
Those in isolation and quarantine are being released as they recover and
risk times expire. We respect the privacy of those in isolation and
quarantine and will support them. If you are aware, please also respect
their privacy.

As students prepare to go home or are already away from campus, please
continue to focus on prevention, health and safety to benefit yourselves,
your friends and your families. You can make a difference.

Dr. Alexander Enyedi
President
