[Teaching-Faculty] DON'T CANCEL THAT CLASS - INVITE TITLE IX!

Hello teaching faculty,

My name is Kim Irland, and I am the new Title IX Coordinator on campus. I'm
reaching out to extend an offer to invite me or my DEI colleagues into your
classrooms this spring semester so we can introduce ourselves to the
student body.

I am happy to offer a presentation as short as 15 to 30 minutes or as long
as 90 minutes, and I can tailor the content to your curriculum and present
in person, hybrid, or virtually. Knowing your class time is limited and
often full, I want to also offer to fill in, if you anticipate having to
cancel a class - - *please don't cancel that class - invite me!*

The Title IX Office can offer presentations on a variety of topic areas and
can also coordinate presentations with enough notice with partnering
educators from the Planned Parenthood Sexual Assault Services Enough is
Enough Coordinator (free), and with the BHSN STOP Domestic and Sexual
violence Community Educator, and the Adirondack North Country Gender
Alliance. Below is a growing list of topical areas and more will be
developed for next fall. Some external presenters may require a fee.
