As your faculty and students navigate potential changes in delivery or
participation in courses this fall due to the pandemic, we wanted to remind
everyone that there continues to be resources, information, and services
available to provide support. Please review the information below and share
widely as you deem appropriate.




   - For students who may need to enroll in online courses, online courses
   at all campuses are listed here: http://explore.suny.edu/courses.

o   Students must get the approval of their faculty advisor to ensure that
selected courses will fit with and count toward their degree; they should
start by looking at courses from their home campus first.

o   Information about registration for online courses, technical support
help desks, and self-serve online resources/information for your campus, or
any other campus, is available here:
https://online.suny.edu/support/category/campus-information/.



   - For faculty who need assistance with online course delivery:

o   The Remote Teaching Checklist,
https://onlineteaching.open.suny.edu/page/checklist, is a quick reference
guide to getting started and incorporating high-quality practices

o   The repository of recorded webinars and trainings,
https://online.suny.edu/webinars-recordings/, on remote and online
instruction is extensive.

o   General resources to support online teaching are available here:

   - SUNY Online also offers the following services to individual campuses
   that may be helpful. Contact Kim Scalzo at kim.scalzo at suny.edu to learn
   more:

o   Guidance, consultation, mentoring to campus staff, including academic
administrators, instructional designers, and student support staff

o   Success coaching or Concierge Services for online students

o   Instructional design as a service
