Forestry, Regeneration Specialist

Dr. Pike’s position with the US Forest Service has primarily entailed
delivery of technical assistance on topics pertaining to forest
regeneration. She specializes in forest genetics (tree improvement and
resistance breeding), seed zones/seed source selection but also provides
technical assistance on gene conservation, nursery production, seed
collection and tree planting. Come hear all about Carrie’s fascinating
career!
