Campus Community,

When an emergency happens, knowing where to get information can make all
the difference. Take a minute today to check your notification settings and
make sure your contact information is up-to-date.

SUNY Plattsburgh uses NY Alert (managed by Everbridge) to notify the campus
during emergencies and share important safety information. You're
automatically enrolled using your campus email, and your cell phone number
is included if it's on file with the campus.

You can register up to two email addresses, three phone numbers, and three
text numbers — most people just need one of each, but you're welcome to add
family members too.

and
   log in with your campus credentials
   - Review your contact information
   - Select the option at the bottom of the screen that matches your
   situation
   - Follow the prompts, and be sure to click "Continue" or "Register me
   with NY-Alert" to save your changes
