Spark Delivery Service

Dear SUNY Plattsburgh Students,

Procurement Services would like to inform you of recent issues involving
Spark delivery service used by Walmart and Sam’s Club.

We have received multiple reports that these deliveries are not reaching
the intended recipient or proper destination.

Due to these ongoing issues, students are strongly encouraged to refrain
from using Walmart and Sam’s Club delivery services through Spark while
residing on campus.

Please be aware that SUNY Plattsburgh is not responsible or liable for
orders that are not delivered directly to the intended recipient when using
third-party delivery services such as Spark.

If you choose to use delivery services, we recommend making arrangements to
meet the driver directly or selecting services that can deliver to a secure
and identifiable location.

Thank you for your attention to this matter and for helping ensure the
proper handling of deliveries on campus.
