*On-Campus Job and Internship Posting Training To Be Offered*

The Career Development Center will be offering 2 training opportunities for
using Handshake to post on-campus jobs and internships. We have made a few
slight changes to our processes in hopes of making the process easier for
everyone. To help explain and assist in learning about these changes,
supervisors of student employees and interns are invited to attend one of
our two upcoming training opportunities. The first will be held via *Zoom
on Wednesday, July 22 at 10:00am over Zoom
<https://plattsburgh.zoom.us/s/3747543055>*, and the second will be held in
person on *Tuesday, August 18 at 1:00pm in Feinbery 103F *(the computer lab
in the back of the Learning Center).

During these sessions, we will be providing an update on job and internship
posting procedures. We will also demonstrate how to post a position, and
highlight what should be included in a position description. We will also
be joined by Jesse Decosse, Associate Director of Student Financial
Services who will be providing details on the Federal Work Study program
and some changes we have made to alleviate issues determining Work Study
eligibility during the application process.
