Too often, masculinity is misunderstood or misrepresented, and men are
taught to stay silent about what they feel. 🫂But we’re here to change that.

Join us on WEDNESDAY, April 29th at 7 PM in the Amnesty Room. Come together
and break the silence, let’s create space for real conversations about
men’s mental health. 🗣️Masculinity is not about suppressing emotions or
fitting into rigid expectations it’s about self-awareness, balance, and the
courage to be open.
