[MUSIC] ChoralFEST Returns April 30!

The SUNY Plattsburgh Department of Music will feature the Spring 2026
ChoralFEST concert, "A Red Carpet Event," on Thursday, April 30. Gathering
a tetrad of choral ensembles, the festival will feature the musical talents
of the Plattsburgh State Gospel Choir, Champlain Valley Chorus, Minor
Adjustments, and Concert Choir in a performance like no other. The various
groups will be singing a variety of pieces, including works from Elvis
Presley, Barry Manilow, the musicals Hair and Rent, and much, much more.

Graduating senior and music director of Minor Adjustments, Ngozi Permaul
had this to add “I’m really excited to share what Minor Adjustments has
been working on for the past semester. We’ve got some really fun
arrangements from Broadway musicals and solo performances in store for you!”

The Spring 2026 ChoralFEST concert will be on Thursday, April 30 at 7:30
p.m. in the E. Glenn Giltz Auditorium. Admission for this music event is
free and open to the public.
