First-Generation students face, and fosters connections across the
First-Gen community. Enjoy free events, food, and giveaways throughout the

*Who is a First-Generation College Student?*
A First-Generation college student is someone whose parent(s) or
guardian(s) have not earned a four-year college degree. This milestone
often comes with unique challenges and opportunities, and this week is
designed to recognize and celebrate the achievements of First-Gen students.
