Spring 2026 EMS is now open!

Good Morning,

EMS for the Spring 2026 Semester is now open. *Please remember for student
groups your event/meetings need to be in EMS first, then add to Cardinal
Link, and then submit a Ready Request.*

*ACC Spaces that DO require a Ready Request* (regardless of if it’s a
standard setup or special setup)

o   Warren Ballrooms

o   Cardinal Lounge

o   Alumni Conference Room

o   Burghy’s Lounge

o   ACC Courtyard

o   Amitie Plaza

*ACC Spaces that DON’T require an event setup through Ready Request as they
are fixed and unable to be rearranged.*

o   Lobby tables

o   The Mannix Room (Meeting Room #1)

o   Meeting Rooms 2-8

o   Amnesty Room

o   Flynt Commons

o   ACC outdoor fire pit



**IMPORTANT**

*There will only be allowed one setup per weekend (Friday-Sun) for the
Ballrooms, Alumni Conference Room, and Cardinal Lounge. *

*To make an update to an already existing Ready Request or If you want to
see if you already put in a Ready Request please see instructions below.*

*****YOUR REQUEST WILL NOT BE APPROVED UNTIL A READY REQUEST FOR THE
APPLICABLE ROOM IS SUBMITTED*****
