Spring Semester Residency Deadline

Students seeking a change in residency status for tuition purposes may
complete an application to receive the in-state rate. Students who believe
they are eligible for in-state tuition but who are currently being charged
the out-of-state rate for Spring 2025 must complete the following tasks:


   -

   Complete the New York State Residency Application

   Provide at least three documents in support of their application


   -

   Send their application and documents to Student Financial Services


*The deadline for the spring term is Friday, February 21st.  *

Students can submit the residency application by:


   -

   Emailing the application and supporting documents to sfs at plattsburgh.edu


   -

   Bringing the materials to Student Financial Services (Located on the 4th
   floor of the Kehoe Administration Building) Monday through Friday, 8AM -
   4PM, opening at 9AM on Thursdays.
   -

   Mailing them to Student Financial Services
