♥️ Wellness Week events scheduled for Tuesday are:

   - Noon - Do We Have Free Will Over Our Health? presented by Cody Dulaney
   - ACC Alumni Conference Room: This talk aims to develop a generalized
   understanding of free will and how the world of which we have created
   affects health.
   - Noon - 8:45 p.m. - Group Exercise Classes in Memorial Hall:  Join in
   one of several classes offered throughout the day. Schedule can be found

   - 4 p.m. - How to Break the Ice: Getting Involved for Introverts
   presented by the Center for Student Involvement Staff - Whiteface Hall
   Lounge; Getting involved on campus is a great way to improve your social
   wellbeing but it can be hard knowing how to connect with campus
   opportunities when you are shy, experience anxiety or are introverted. Join
   us in learning what some opportunities are on campus and what you can do to
   overcome your fears to meet some new friends, develop leadership skills,
   serve the community and more.
