Wellness Week is coming up Feb. 10-14 and the Title IX Office has partnered
with Wellness & Health Promotions to bring you two workshops!

- *Monday, Feb. 10: Neurobiology of Trauma* presented by Sarah Cohen,
Enough is Enough Coordinator from Sexual Assault Services at Planned
Parenthood (at 12:00 pm in Alumni Conference Room and on Zoom link with
pre-registration on Cardinal Link)

- *Thursday, Feb. 13: Body Positivity & Boundaries* presented by Caroline
Rothstein, a visiting writer, poet, performer, and educator (5:00-7:00 pm
in Warren Ballroom)

Directly following this workshop, Caroline will perform some of her spoken
word poetry and invite those interested to also share during a *Poetry Hour*
from 7:00-8:00 pm.
