Important Dates and Deadlines for Fall 2025

Dear Students,

Welcome to the Fall 2025 semester!  During the first week of the semester,
please take a moment to review your Fall 2025 course schedule and your
DegreeWorks audit for accuracy. You are responsible for your course
schedule and progress toward degree completion. Please also consult with
your academic advisor and/or department chair for your major before making
changes. Course schedule adjustments may be completed now through the
end of the course add/drop period without the need for a form. The
add/drop period
ends Sunday August 31st, 2025 (11:30 p.m.).

Beginning Monday September 1st, 2025 an electronic “Course Schedule
Adjustment Form

is required to add a course. There is a $20 Late Course Add Fee applied
beginning the *third* Monday of each semester (September 8th, 2025).

As of Monday September 1st, 2025, if you need to withdraw from a
full-semester course, you’re required to withdraw from the course by
completing an electronic “Course Schedule Adjustment Form

A grade of W will appear on your record. There is a $20 Course Withdrawal
Fee for withdrawing from a course (as of September 8th, 2025, the third

your progress toward graduation, financial aid eligibility, medical
insurance coverage, and eligibility if you are on an athletic team.
