*STUDENT GROUPS*

The Angell College Center Room Reservation process will be opening on
8/1/25 for the Fall 2025 semester.  There have been some changes to the
process of booking space to be consistent with the rest of campus, so *please
read the following carefully.*

To book an event, either on or off-campus, you must:

·         Start your event registration in Cardinal Link

selecting "Create Event" under the Events tab on your group's page.

·         Request a room via EMS

·         Request an event setup through Ready Request
<https://ready.sucf.suny.edu/plattsburgh> (attached are the instructions)

·         Complete a fundraising form (if applicable)

·         Request event management services

*ACC Spaces that DO require a Ready Request* (regardless of if it’s a
standard setup or special setup)

o   Warren Ballrooms

o   Cardinal Lounge

o   Alumni Conference Room

o   Burghy’s Lounge

o   ACC Courtyard

o   Amitie Plaza



*ACC Spaces that DON’T require an event setup through Ready Request as they
are fixed and unable to be rearranged.*

o   Lobby tables

o   The Mannix Room (Meeting Room #1)

o   Meeting Rooms 2-8

o   Amnesty Room

o   Flynt Commons

o   ACC outdoor fire pit



*Your event or meeting will not be confirmed until all the requests are
made in the appropriate channels.* You will receive a final approval of
your event from Cardinal Link via email.

*Important Time Frames for Booking*

·         EMS, Cardinal Link, Ready Request – *minimum 72 hours in advance*

·         Event Management Advanced A/V (Sounds/Lighting) – *minimum 4
weeks in advance*

·         Fundraiser – *minimum 2 weeks in advance*

·         Standard Meetings* – minimum 72 hours in advance*

·         Events that require a special setup* – minimum 2 weeks in advance*

**IMPORTANT**

*There will only be allowed one setup per weekend (Friday-Sun) for the
Ballrooms, Alumni Conference Room, and Cardinal Lounge. *

*The first group to have their weekend event submitted in all appropriate
channels will get to choose the setup of the space. *
