On Thursday, May 1, at 1:00 p.m., the Advanced Photography students, led by
Instructor Sheri DuMont, will be creating large-scale cyanotypes on fabric
outside in Amitie Plaza between the John Myers Building and the Angell
College Center. Cyanotypes are cameraless images made by coating a surface
with a light sensitive solution, placing objects on top of the surface,
exposing in sunlight and processing in water to make the image permanent.
Please stop by to learn more about the process and watch our Advanced
Photography students create their images!
