Revision to Administrative Policy: No Contact Order Policy (8023.2)

SUNY Plattsburgh policy owner University Police revised the No Contact
Order Policy to comply with New York State Education Law Section 129-B in
providing reasonable and available interim measures and accommodations that
affect a change in academic, housing, employment, transportation, or other
applicable arrangements to enhance safety, prevent retaliation and avoid an
ongoing hostile environment. This policy shall extend to all active
students enrolled at SUNY Plattsburgh. The complete policy can be found here
