New Administrative Policy: Free Expression & Assembly - Time, Place, Manner
Policy (9020.1)

SUNY Plattsburgh created the new Free Expression & Assembly - Time, Place,
Manner Policy in response to a State University of New York (SUNY) request.
The goal of this policy is to provide meaningful opportunities for members
of our community to express their views and to ensure that the time, place
and manner of such expression does not interfere with the safety and
security of our campus community or disrupt the regular operations of the
campus. This policy shall extend to all SUNY Plattsburgh students and third
parties (guests) while on campus. The complete policy can be found here
