BridgePSU - ELECTION DAY EXPO - CALL FOR EVENT PROPOSALS 📢

Have an idea for an Election Day activity or event? Join BridgeUSA at
Plattsburgh (BridgePSU) for the 2024 Election Day Expo!

Opening the day with polling location directions and last-minute voter
information at 10 a.m., the Election Day Expo will feature various events
and activities from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Warren Ballrooms. From 8
p.m. to midnight, BridgePSU will host a live election results watch party.
Free pizza, various activities, and many opportunities to win free gift
cards throughout the night will be available.

We are asking that all interested clubs, organizations, offices, groups and
teams submit their event proposals by midnight on Friday, October 18. ALL
event types are open for consideration (panels, presentations, arts and
crafts activities, performances, workshops, etc.). Five 75-minute timeslots
and one 60-minute timeslot are available. Approved event hosts will be
notified on Monday, October 21.
