The Admissions Office is looking for student volunteers for our upcoming
Open House on Saturday, November 16th!

*Parkers (10 people needed)*
*Check-in Location: Redcay Hall Lobby*
Greeting families and providing directions as they park at Kehoe and walk
to Hawkins Hall. An information sheet will be provided.
*Time: 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.*

*Greeters (4 people needed)*
*Check-in Location: Hawkins Hall; Honors Center*
Greeting families entering Hawkins Hall by Einstein's Bagels and the Au
Sable entrance and providing directions to restrooms and Giltz Auditorium.
*Time: 9:00 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.*

*Breakout Session Guides*
*Check-in Location: Hawkins Hall; Honors Center*
*Time: 10:00 a.m. - Noon*
Student volunteers will arrive to Redcay Honors Center at 10:00 am. They
will greet families interested in their major, guide them to a specific
location on campus (details provided the day prior), and attend the
faculty-led presentation. Participation in the presentation is optional
unless invited by faculty. They will then guide families to the ACC
ballroom when the presentation concludes. Signs will be turned in at
Meeting Room 1.

*Areas Needing Guides (3 students for each academic area)*

   - Fine and Performing Arts (Art, Music, Theater)
   - Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics
   - Communication Studies, Journalism, and Public Relations
   - Criminal Justice and Political Science
   - Earth and Environmental Science
   - English and History
   - Computer Science, Mathematics, and Information Technology
   - Psychology
   - Sociology, Gender and Women's Studies, and Anthropology
   - School of Business and Economics
   - Childhood Education and Special Education
   - Communication Sciences and Disorders
   - Nursing
   - Nutrition and Fitness Wellness
   - Social Work
   - Human Development and Family Relations

*Tours (4 people needed for each time slot)*
*Check-in Location: ACC; Meeting Room *

   - 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
   - 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
   - 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
   - 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Providing a one-hour tour for up to 5 families. Additional tour
instructions and outlines will be provided at check-in.
