January 16th National Day of Racial Healing

Please join the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and the Truth,
Racial Healing, and Transformation Center (TRHT) for the 2024 National Day
of Racial Healing on Tuesday, January 16, 2024. The theme this year is,
“The heart of racial equity begins with courage.”



The schedule will be as follows:



·         9:30a-10a: We will kick the day off in the Warren Ballrooms for
refreshments.

·         10a-12p: Opening Keynote address and morning concurrent sessions.

·         12p-1p: We will have a free networking lunch with roundtable
discussions. Each table will have a different topic chosen by the moderator.

·         1p-3p: Healing circles and afternoon concurrent sessions.



A schedule will be available of the day’s events and will also be posted as
soon as it is available. Note, we will have in-person sessions, but we will
also have some virtual sessions. We will have book raffles this day and
facilitator training for the TRHT Healing Circles.
