Last Day to take the Info Lit Exam (Fri. April 26th)

*The Information Literacy Competency Exam is offered as an alternative way
to meet the LIB190 course requirement.*Read full details about the exam here

The exam will be available online in Brightspace *Mon. April 8 through Fri.
April 26, 2024*.

   - Sign up to take the exam by going to the Exam Sign Up Form
   <https://forms.gle/JZM2AFdwDnvrtWxo8> during the listed exam
   availability dates.
   We will then enroll you in the Brightspace exam site (within 24 hours,
   not counting weekends) and you may take the exam.
   In Brightspace look for “Information Literacy Competency Exam 2023-2024”
   - The exam has 47 questions, and you have one hour to complete it.

*Eligibility to Meet the Requirement*

   - By passing the exam, you meet the Information Literacy General
   Education/Cardinal Core requirement, but do not receive the credit hour.
   - Students can take the exam only once in any academic year.
