💚❤️‍🩹 Sign Up for the Out of the Darkness Walk at the Self-Care Summit &
Help with Suicide Prevention ❤️‍🩹💚


We need your help!

As part of this year's *Self-Care Summit on Friday, April 26,* #HealWithIt
is hosting an Out of the Darkness Walk to help change the conversation and
create a world without suicide.

Taking part in an *#OutoftheDarkness Campus Walk *lets others know they are
not alone. It raises awareness and reduces stigma, which is the first step
in creating a smarter culture around mental health in the United States. Any
fundraising you can do will also make a real impact, directly helping the
foundation’s research on suicide prevention and its education efforts.

sign up for the walk as an organization or by yourself. In the process,
you’ll be doing a lot of good for a lot of people.

In addition to the walk, the Self-Care Summit will feature training on the
Neurobiology of Trauma, refreshments, free honor beads, bracelet making, a
chance to take a photo for our mural, a talk on the science of fidget
spinners and more.
