Important *Spring* Dates and Deadlines

Dear SUNY Plattsburgh Students,



Welcome to the Spring 2023 semester!  During the first week of the
semester, please take a moment to review your Spring 2023 course schedule
and your Degree Works audit for accuracy. You are responsible for your
course schedule and progress toward degree completion. Course schedule
adjustments may be completed now through the end of the course add/drop
period without the need for a form. The add/drop period ends Sunday
February 5, 2023 (11:30 p.m.)

Beginning Monday February 6, 2023 a “Course Schedule Adjustment Form

is required to add a course. If you’re not on campus and need to route this
form electronically visit Forms & Instructions
<https://www.plattsburgh.edu/about/offices-divisions/registrar/dates-and-forms.html>
to learn more. There is a $20 Late Course Add Fee applied beginning the
third Monday of each semester.

If you need to drop a full-semester course beginning Monday, February 6,
you’re required to withdraw from the course by completing a “Course
Schedule Adjustment Form

to learn more. There is a $20 Course Withdrawal Fee for withdrawing from a
course, a W grade will appear on your academic record. Visit Course

for dates and fees associated with library (LIB) courses, first- and
second-quarter courses, and all other part-of-term courses. Tuition and fee

more. Students are responsible for contacting the financial aid office to
determine the consequences of course withdrawal. Withdrawing from a course
may impact your progress toward graduation, financial aid eligibility,
medical insurance coverage, and eligibility if you are on an athletic team.
