Clubs and Organizations | Spring 2023 Information



If you are a Club or Organizations officer, please read over the
information below, as it provides the details you need to have a successful
start to the semester for your Club or Organization.


Club and Organization Recognition Form

Please fill out the below-linked recognition form for this semester, even
if there have been no officer changes. This is due by February 9 by 4 pm.

Club and Organization Officer Training

February 10, 4 pm
Angell College Center - Warren Ballrooms

All officers must attend this training(President, Vice-president,
Treasurer, Secretary, and Event Planner, if your board has one). The
training will cover policies and procedures your club or organization must
follow.

Title IX Training

All executive officers must complete Title IX training this semester via a
Moodle course that you must complete in one sitting(The module doesn’t save
your progress). The course is roughly 30 minutes long. The quiz must be
finished after the module to earn credit. (The attached document shows you
how to enroll and complete it)

This needs to be completed by February 10.

Involvement Fair

February 14,  11 am - 1 pm

Angell College Center - Warren Ballrooms

Clubs and Organization Affairs Board will be hosting an Involvement Fair on
Tuesday, February 14 from 11 am - 1 pm. If you plan on attending, please
fill out the form linked below. https://forms.gle/hSZxzjDYoPR6sed17

If any officer fails to complete Officer/Title IX training, your Club or
Organization will not be considered active.

Event Registration Form

If you are planning any events this semester, your first step should be to
fill out the below-linked form. General Meetings or Executive Meetings
don’t need to be entered. This form is only meant for other events.
