"Cans for Cookies" to Support the Campus Food Shelf

Greetings!

SUNY Plattsburgh’s Circle of the National Leadership Honor Society -
Omicron Delta Kappa (ODK) is excited to invite you to participate in our
upcoming “Cans for Cookies” event to support the students in our campus
community that experience food insecurity.

Our intent is to collect non-perishable items such as canned goods, pasta,
rice, and other essential items to support our students. We will also
accept cash donations. In exchange, there will be some scrumptious baked
cookies by a wonderful local bakery (Rambach's Bakery) as an expression of
thanks for your donation. All proceeds will go to the Campus Food Shelf.

We believe every small contribution can make a big difference in someone's
life so we encourage you to swing by our table in the Angell College Center
(ACC) next Wednesday to join us for an afternoon of fun with music and
giving back to our community.

We hope to see you there and make this food drive a huge success. Thank you
for your generosity and compassion towards those in need.

What: Cans for Cookies

When: Wednesday, May 3, 2023, from 11-1 pm

Where: 1st floor of the ACC. We will be tabling near Campus Express


*Please Note*: If you are unable to attend the event, you can still lend
your support by dropping off your donations at the Campus Food Shelf that
is located within the Vice President of Enrollment and Student Support
Office on the 1st floor of the ACC.
