*Homecoming 2022 is right around the corner!*


With Plattsburgh’s alumni returning to campus October 14 through 15, it is
one of the best times of the year to meet and network with alumni and have
fun with your friends.


Homecoming at SUNY Plattsburgh has long been a time to get together, enjoy
the fall weather, cheer on our sports teams and gather at the annual
bonfire. Additionally, there's a whole lot more going on, and you're
invited!


*Friday, Oct. 14*

*Meet & Greet with Allison Heard, Vice President of Diversity, Equity &
Inclusion*
1:45 - 2:30 p.m.
James Augustus Wilson Lounge, Champlain Valley Hall

*Student Networking Reception With Plattsburgh Alumni Association &
Plattsburgh College Foundation Boards*
4:30 - 5:30 p.m.

Relaford Room, Macomb Hall

Join us for a unique opportunity to network with board members of the
Plattsburgh Alumni Association and the Plattsburgh College Foundation. Come
chat about your career goals and ask alumni about their time at SUNY
Plattsburgh and the career moves they have made since. Registration is
required

*Saturday, Oct. 15*


*Homecoming 5K*
9:30 a.m. 5K Start Time
Memorial Hall Field (along the Saranac River)
Start your morning off with a scenic 5K along the Saranac River Trail and
down Rugar Street, through the heart of campus.



*Ice Skating With Burghy*
11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Stafford Ice Arena, Field House
Free with college ID card.
Enjoy an open skate with Burghy, the college mascot. Limited skate rentals
- all sizes. Complimentary cookies and hot cocoa.



*Fall Festival by the Pond*
Noon - 2 p.m.
Hawkins Pond (rain location: Flynt Commons, Angell College Center)
Free with college ID card, but bring cash or card for the food cart.
Join alumni, students, faculty, staff, neighbors and friends at Hawkins
Pond. Grab lunch at the Dogfather Food Cart, meet up with your friends and
enjoy an afternoon of music and fall-themed festivities. Take in one of the
North Country’s most colorful seasons on a horse-drawn carriage ride. With
plenty of chances to snag free swag, this is an occasion you won’t want to
miss! Stop by the Plattsburgh Alumni Association table upon arrival for
your bracelet, which grants you access to all of the fun.



*Homecoming Bonfire*
7 p.m.
Memorial Hall Field (along the Saranac River)
Join alumni, students, faculty, staff, neighbors and friends as we close
out Homecoming Weekend by getting in the fall spirit with some lively music
from DJ Johnny Z '14 and seasonal treats. Weather permitting.


In addition, there are a number of sporting events scheduled throughout the
