NY State Assembly Internship Program information session

 The Political Science Department, working with the Career Development
Center, has arranged an information session on the NY State Assembly
Internship Program. This program is one of the better full-semester
internship programs available, and it is open to students with any major.
Not only will you earn 15 credits for completing it, it is unusual in that
you'll also earn a $7500 stipend during the semester. This is a competitive
program, so it could be very useful to attend this session and learn more
about the application process.

The session will be held in ACC Meeting Room 1 from 3 to 4pm on Thursday,
Oct. 13, and it features David Rodriguez DeCancio '93 (political science),
Senior Advisor to NY State Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie and an alumnus of
the Assembly Internship program.
