International Education Week is from November 14 to November 18.
International Education Week is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the
benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. The Global
Education Office has prepared several informative and engaging events to
celebrate! See details below and attached poster.

   - On Monday, November 14, a world map will be displayed in the HUB. We
ask that you place a pin to represent your birthplace or identify your
cultural heritage on the map. The map will be displayed for the entirety of
   International Education Week.
   - On Monday, November 14, at 5:30 pm in the Angell College Center Lobby
the Study Away team will hold an information session on studying abroad
in Canada. Light refreshments will be provided.
   - Tuesday, November 15, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, students from various
clubs will offer mini language lessons in the first-floor lobby of the
Angell College Center. Stop by to learn a few phrases in one of the many
   languages represented on campus!
   - Wednesday, November 16, is Wear your Culture Wednesday. To participate
in our photo contest, follow @GEO_PLATTSBURGH
   <https://www.instagram.com/geo_plattsburgh/?hl=en> on Instagram. Post a
picture of yourself in apparel representing your cultural background or a
culture that interests you with the world map inside the HUB using the
hashtags #PLATTSLIFE #PLATTSABROAD and you will be entered in a raffle to
win a gift card to the College Bookstore.
   - On Wednesday, November 16, at 12:00 pm in the Mowry Room in Redcay,
