Online Summer Class "Sociology of Health Medicine" (Soc 315WB1) - Starting June 13

 Seats are available in the summer class "Sociology of Health and Medicine"
( Soc315WB1 ) that starts June 13th.  The course  examines people's
experience of health and illness, the social determinants of disease and
life expectancy, and how the US and other nations care for the sick. The
course is all online and lasts for five weeks. It fulfills the new General
Education requirement of "Human Communities" as well as the previous
General education course requirement for "global issues."

No purchase of a textbook required - all reading available online through
the Moodle page for the course.
