Student Parking for the New Academic Year

Whether you park on campus or not, *every* student must take action to
accept or reject two optional parking fees - registration fee (PR) and
parking fee (PK) - on their tuition bill *before* confirming enrollment.
Refer to the section below that applies to you:

*I will be parking on campus and need a parking tag...*

Pay parking fees by accepting two fees (PR & PK) in tuition and confirm
enrollment. *Note: If you already confirmed enrollment, but accidentally
removed the two fees from tuition, send a re-bill request
to parking at plattsburgh.edu <parking at plattsburgh.edu>. (Do not email if fees
are in tuition.)*

Pre-register a vehicle ASAP in August. Upon arrival, legally park your
pre-registered vehicle until you claim your tag (see schedule below) no
later than the start of the fall session. *Providing the vehicle is
properly registered and legally parked*, tickets received in August for 'no
permit visible' are expunged.  *Note: If you pre-registered a vehicle
before the system reset on July 31, your tag will not process until you
reconfirm your vehicle registration in MyPlattsburgh (Automobile
Registration.)*

Claim your pre-assigned parking tag from the Angell College Center lobby
between 9A-Noon on August 25-30 (except Sunday.)

*I will not have a car on campus...*

Unwanted parking fees (PR & PK) must be removed from tuition *before*
confirming enrollment.
*Note: If you failed to remove both parking fees from tuition AND already
confirmed enrollment, send a cancellation request to
parking at plattsburgh.edu <parking at plattsburgh.edu> no later than 5 business
days from the session start, or fees are forfeited. If you already removed
the fees, do NOT send an email request. If in doubt, check your tuition
bill in MyPlattsburgh. *
